- Mindfulness at Work - Understand the evidence-based benefits of mindfulness and learn how to start and maintain a mindfulness practice. - Explore out-of-the-box (and off-the-meditation-cushion) ways to infuse mindfulness into your daily life at work and beyond. 
- Restorative Sound Bath - Experience a centering guided meditation and a relaxing sound bath of crystal singing bowls, chime, gong, and ocean drum.

- Intentional Living + mindful vision boarding - -Create a collaged mindful vision board for any aspect of your work/life, and learn how to create & maintain mindful habits and create S.M.A.R.T. goals in the service of visions/intentions. 
- Wisdom and Wellbeing with SoulCollage® - -Explore the practice of SoulCollage®, creating/working with cards that reflect aspects of your self/your world to access inner wisdom and compassion. 
- Managing Stress with Mindfulness - -Explore mindfulness practices you can integrate into workplace/daily life, and experience a guided meditation and sound bath.
